Terms of service
Last updated October 8, 2026
These terms cover the use of anturno by a company and the people on its account. They are written to be read. If something here is unclear, write to us before you agree to it.
1. The agreement
These terms are between Anturno, which operates anturno, and the company that signs up for an account. By creating an account, connecting a repository or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of that company. If an order form or a master agreement is signed between us, that document wins wherever it differs from this page.
2. The service
anturno is a software factory. Its agents read the repositories you connect, plan a change, build it, run your tests and open a pull request with a trace of every step. The service never merges on its own. A person on your side reviews and merges, in GitHub or from the workspace. In the workspace a member can ask for a merge, and we carry out the merge they asked for.
We change and improve the service over time. We will not remove a material feature without telling you at least thirty days before.
3. Your account
You are responsible for who has access to your workspace, for the tokens they create, and for the scopes granted to each connected tool. Keep credentials secret. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or token has been used without permission.
Accounts are for one company. Do not share an account between people.
4. Your content
Your code, your pages, your tickets and your traces are yours. You grant us the limited licence we need to run the service for you: to read a repository into a run environment, to produce the diffs and pull requests you asked for, and to keep the record of a run in your workspace.
We do not use your content to train models. We do not sell it, and we do not share it except with the services on the subprocessor list or where you ask us to.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to build or ship anything unlawful, to attack or probe systems you do not own, to bypass a licence you do not hold, or to process data you are not allowed to process. Do not try to break the isolation between workspaces or to reverse engineer the service.
We may suspend an account that puts the service, its other customers or a third party at risk. Where the situation allows, we will tell you first and work with you on a fix.
6. Term and termination
You can stop using the service at any time. On termination we disable access and delete the factory as Settings does: its runs stop, its sessions' microVMs are deleted, and the rest of its data stays so it can be restored. When a member asks in writing at hello@anturno.cloud, we erase the workspace's data, backups included, within thirty days of the request and confirm by email, except records we must keep for law or accounting. The privacy policy says what erasure does not reach.
7. Warranties, liability and law
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care and to the availability commitment in your order form. Beyond that the service is provided as it is. Agent output is a proposal, not advice, and it is reviewed by your team before it ships.
Neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Each party's total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms do not name a governing law or a venue. Questions go to hello@anturno.cloud.
